Reduces minimum number of precinct election officials from four to two when electronic pollbooks are used in a voting location, effective January 1, 2017.

Allows boards of elections to designate two precinct election officials (instead of four) per precinct when electronic pollbooks are used, provided they are from different political parties.

Eliminates requirement for boards of elections to send written notice to a voter's residence address when canceling registration due to reported death (divisions A(2) or A(3) of section 3503.21).

Maintains all other voter registration cancellation procedures and notice requirements for other grounds of cancellation.

Applies to section 3501.22 amendments only; changes take effect January 1, 2017.
