• Creates "Ohio Nurses Association" license plates that vehicle owners can apply for through the registrar of motor vehicles.

• Initial registration requires a $25 contribution and renewal requires an $11.50 contribution, both deposited into the license plate contribution fund.

• Contributions collected from Ohio Nurses Association plates must be paid to the Ohio Nurses Foundation to fund educational scholarships for aspiring and practicing nurses, and to support nursing research on evidence-based practice and patient outcomes.

• Applicants must pay the regular license tax, any applicable motor vehicle license taxes, and a $10 administrative fee in addition to the contribution.

• Amends section 4501.21 of the Revised Code to add section 4503.529 to the list of sections whose contributions are credited to the license plate contribution fund.
