Enacts "Lindsay's Law" requiring schools and youth sports organizations to implement sudden cardiac arrest prevention and response protocols for student athletes.

Mandates students submit signed acknowledgment forms confirming they and parents received information about sudden cardiac arrest symptoms before participating in any athletic activity.

Requires all coaches to complete annual sudden cardiac arrest training course approved by the Department of Health.

Prohibits students from participating in athletics if they have a family history of sudden cardiac arrest or prior fainting/syncope episodes unless cleared by a licensed physician or qualified health care provider.

Establishes immunity from liability for school districts, schools, coaches, and youth sports organizations implementing these requirements unless conduct constitutes willful or wanton misconduct.
