Establishes a three-day sales tax holiday on August 5, 6, and 7, 2016 for qualifying clothing and school supplies in Ohio.

Exempts clothing items priced at $75 or less from state and local sales taxes, including apparel such as shoes, coats, underwear, and uniforms.

Exempts school supplies priced at $20 or less from sales taxes, including items such as pencils, notebooks, binders, calculators, and folders.

Exempts school instructional materials priced at $20 or less from sales taxes, including textbooks, reference books, workbooks, reference maps, and globes.

Repeals this temporary tax exemption effective August 10, 2016.
