Enacts section 2901.33 of the Revised Code to authorize owners associations, neighborhood associations, neighborhood watches, and similarly organized residential entities to seek injunctions or restraining orders against offenders.

Allows injunctions prohibiting offenders from entering residential area boundaries if the offender pleaded guilty to or was convicted of three or more separate violations of specified crimes including assault, rape, robbery, burglary, theft (over $500), and drug offenses.

Requires that three or more of the qualifying offenses were committed within the boundaries of the residential area.

Injunctions or restraining orders remain in effect for one year unless modified or dissolved by the court, and may be renewed by motion of the residential entity.

Establishes the legislation as the "Neighborhood Protection Act."
