Requires the Ohio Department of Health to prepare an influenza vaccine information sheet specifically for older adults (age 60 and older).

Information sheet must include descriptions of influenza, health risks to older adults, vaccine availability and effectiveness, and recommendation that older adults consult healthcare professionals about annual vaccination.

Department may include additional optional content such as influenza hospitalization and death rates among older adults, vaccination benefits, and entities providing vaccinations.

Requires nursing homes to obtain and post the information sheet in a conspicuous location accessible to residents, employees, and visitors, and update it by August 1 each year if a newer version is available.

Specifies that failure to post the information sheet shall not be considered during facility inspections or used as basis for penalties, and clarifies that nothing requires older adults to be vaccinated.
