Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2907.06, 2929.24, and 2929.41 to increase penalties for sexual imposition when an offender has three or more prior convictions or guilty pleas for sexual imposition or other specified sex offenses (sections 2907.02, 2907.03, 2907.04, 2907.05, or 2907.12).

Changes the penalty for sexual imposition from a misdemeanor of the first degree to a misdemeanor with a potential jail term of not more than one year when the offender has three or more prior sex offense convictions.

Allows courts to impose jail terms and reimbursement sanctions for repeat sex offenders sentenced under the amended provisions.

Requires jail sentences for repeat sexual imposition offenders to be served consecutively to any other prison term, jail term, or sentence of imprisonment.
