Creates new criminal offense of "nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images" (Section 2917.211) prohibiting knowingly posting or distributing intimate images of adults without consent; violators face misdemeanor first degree offense, or felony fifth degree if previously convicted

Requires courts to order criminal forfeiture of property used in or derived from the offense, including profits, proceeds, and interests in enterprises established through the violation

Establishes civil cause of action allowing victims to sue offenders for injunctive relief and compensatory and punitive damages plus attorney's fees

Prohibits licensing authorities from denying, suspending, or revoking licenses solely based on victim status (Section 9.75) and protects college students who are victims from losing financial aid or facing academic penalties (Section 3345.58)

Creates employment protections including prohibitions on discrimination/retaliation against employees who are victims, requirements for reasonable workplace accommodations, mandatory five days unpaid leave annually, and civil remedies for violations (Sections 4113.83-4113.87)
