Creates "Buckeye Corvette" special license plates for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes in Ohio.

Establishes a $20 annual contribution fee per license plate application and renewal, deposited into the license plate contribution fund for distribution to designated charities and organizations.

Requires an additional $10 administrative fee per plate to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for issuing services.

Directs contributions to Buckeye Corvettes, Incorporated for their charitable activities and programs, with plate designs approved by the organization and the registrar.

Plates must display county identification stickers as required and can be combined with special reserved license plate requests under existing Ohio law.
