Prohibits county commissioners and township trustees from banning agritourism through zoning, though they may regulate structure size, parking areas, setback building lines, and ingress/egress for public health and safety.

Applies current agricultural use valuation to land used for agritourism for property tax purposes, provided the land otherwise meets the definition of "land devoted exclusively to agricultural use."

Establishes civil immunity for agritourism providers from liability for harm to participants resulting from risks inherent in agritourism activities, including land conditions, animal behavior, farm equipment dangers, and participant negligence.

Eliminates immunity when agritourism providers act with willful or wanton disregard for safety, purposefully cause harm, engage in criminal conduct, fail to post required warning signs, or have actual knowledge of non-inherent dangerous conditions that cause injury.

Requires agritourism providers to post warning signs in black letters at least one inch high at entrance locations, notifying participants that injury or death from inherent risks of agritourism activities are not the provider's liability.
