Urges the EPA Administrator to retract proposed regulations that would govern competitive race vehicles originally designed for road use and subsequently converted for racing purposes only.

Argues that vehicles built or modified solely for racing and not used on public streets fall outside the scope of the federal Clean Air Act and were not intended by Congress to be regulated as motor vehicles.

Objects to the proposed regulation's prohibition on the sale of specialty automotive equipment for use in or on race vehicles.

Contends the proposed regulation, buried within an unrelated "Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Fuel Efficiency Standards for Medium-and Heavy-Duty Engines and Vehicles—Phase 2" proposal, would materially harm Ohio's racing industry manufacturers, retailers, installers, hobbyists, and economy.

Directs the Senate Clerk to submit authenticated copies of the resolution to the President, EPA Administrator, Congress leadership, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
