Authorizes a joint session of the Ohio General Assembly at the Peoples Bank Theatre, 222 Putnam Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750, on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. to receive the Governor's State of the State Address

Calls for appointment of a committee comprised of nine House members and eight Senate members to wait upon Governor John Kasich prior to the address

Establishes that the rules and customs of the House shall be observed during the joint session

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to Governor Kasich and Ohio news media
