Recognizes the National Association of Chemical Distributors' Responsible Distribution Program for requiring third-party verification of environmental, health, safety, and security standards with continuous improvement requirements.

Acknowledges the program's primary goal of continuous improvement in pollution prevention, environmental management, and advanced environmental compliance.

Encourages Ohio chemical distribution facilities to participate in the Responsible Distribution Program and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's pollution prevention assistance program under section 3745.017 of the Revised Code.

Encourages participation in the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's voluntary Encouraging Environmental Excellence (E3) Program to protect the environment and human health.

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to the National Association of Chemical Distributors and the Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
