Grants the Midwest and Ohio River Valley Junior Statesmen Foundation permission to use the Ohio Senate Chambers and committee rooms for its 2016 Spring State Convention on April 22-24, 2016, contingent upon facility availability.

Authorizes the use of four committee rooms in addition to the main Senate Chambers for the convention.

Recognizes the foundation as a beneficial educational organization that provides students with knowledge about government and the legislative process.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Midwest and Ohio River Valley Junior Statesmen Foundation.
