Permits Ohio YMCA Youth in Government to use the Ohio Senate Chambers for a model legislative event on April 14-16, 2016, contingent upon facility availability.

Authorizes the program sponsored by the Ohio-West Virginia Youth Leadership Association, which has operated since 1952 to educate students about government and the legislative process.

Provides students with hands-on experience in state legislative procedures and an accurate depiction of how legislation is created and processed.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Ohio YMCA Youth in Government.
