Senate Resolution honoring the memory of Scott Alan Zody, adopted by the 131st General Assembly during the 2015-2016 regular session.

Recognizes Zody's career service as an Ohio Legislative Service Commission intern, governor's legislative liaison to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, director of government affairs for the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation, and chief of staff and chief deputy auditor for the Fairfield County Auditor's Office in 2015.

Notes his membership on the Berne Union Local School District Board of Education and his dedication to improving quality of life through service to family, friends, and community.

Acknowledges Zody as a loving husband to his wife Beth and devoted father to his two children, Nathan and Lauren.

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the family of Scott Alan Zody.
