Recognizes Fisher's 20-year tenure as executive vice president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation and his prior service as deputy director and assistant director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture

Acknowledges Fisher's leadership roles including director of the Illinois Corn Growers Association and Marketing Board, executive director of governmental affairs and commodities for the Illinois Farm Bureau, and plant manager for Wyandot, Inc.

Commends Fisher's contributions to agricultural boards, committees, and organizations as well as his service to the community
