Permits Ohio YMCA Youth in Government to use the Ohio Senate Chambers on November 21, 2016, contingent upon facility availability.

Authorizes use of the chambers for the organization's middle school model legislative event, which provides students with hands-on government education.

Recognizes that Ohio YMCA Youth in Government, founded in 1952 and sponsored by the Ohio-West Virginia Youth Leadership Association, has educated students about government and legislation since its inception.

Acknowledges that participation in the program enhances students' educational experience and prepares them to become informed citizens and productive members of society.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Ohio YMCA Youth in Government.
