Expands domestic violence civil protection order eligibility to include violence in dating relationships, defining "dating relationship" as a romantic or intimate relationship between adults (excluding casual acquaintances)

Amends sections 3113.31 and 3113.33 to recognize dating violence as domestic violence, allowing victims of dating relationship violence to seek civil protection orders with the same remedies available to family/household members

Requires Attorney General's victim's bill of rights pamphlet to include notice that persons alleging violence in dating relationships have the right to petition for domestic violence civil protection orders

Provides access to domestic violence shelters for victims of violence in dating relationships alongside traditional family/household member victims

Applies existing protection order procedures, including ex parte hearings, electronic monitoring options, and enforcement mechanisms, to dating violence cases
