Amends Ohio Revised Code sections governing certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) practice, including definitions, scope of practice, and regulatory requirements.

Defines "supervision" for CRNAs as requiring immediate presence of a physician, podiatrist, or dentist; allows CRNAs to perform preanesthetic preparation, anesthesia administration, maintenance, emergence, and postanesthesia care.

Expands CRNA duties to include ordering diagnostic tests, establishing anesthesia care plans, directing other healthcare professionals, administering pain relief therapies, and responding to airway management emergencies.

Clarifies that CRNAs cannot prescribe drugs for use outside the facility where care is provided and cannot administer general anesthesia under podiatrist supervision in a podiatrist's office.

Updates related sections on clinical nurse specialists, certified nurse-midwives, and certified nurse practitioners to reference updated CRNA definitions and supervision requirements across pharmacy, physician, and respiratory care statutes.
