Prohibits employers from discharging, refusing to hire, or discriminating against employees based on influenza vaccination status for medical, religious, or philosophical reasons.

Allows employers to require unvaccinated employees to comply with reasonable alternative workplace health and safety policies.

Defines "employer" and "employee" using the same meanings as in section 4113.51 of the Revised Code.

States legislative intent that this prohibition shall not extend to other diseases or illnesses unless overwhelming scientific consensus indicates a present and immediate danger to vaccinated members of the public.
