Courts must submit reports to the Ohio Attorney General when sentencing offenders for crimes of violence occurring at A-1-A, A-1c, or D liquor permit premises.

Reports must include the offender's name, address, driver's license or ID number (if applicable), the offense committed, date of offense, and a brief description.

The Attorney General shall establish and maintain a database containing reported offense information, accessible only to holders of A-1-A, A-1c, or D liquor permits.

Liquor permit holders and their agents may use database inclusion as grounds for refusing admission to their premises.

Information submitted to the database must be removed three years after receipt, and public disclosure of database information is prohibited except for permit holder use in refusing admission.
