Creates a "Hudson City Schools" specialty license plate available to owners and lessees of passenger cars, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and other motor vehicle classes approved by the registrar of motor vehicles.

Requires a $30 contribution per application and registration renewal, plus a $10 bureau administrative fee, with contributions deposited into the license plate contribution fund created under section 4501.21.

Specifies that Hudson City Schools license plates shall display county identification stickers and be designed with words and markings selected and approved by the Hudson city school district.

Mandates that contributions received from this license plate program shall be paid to Hudson city school district and prohibits use of the funds for any political purpose.

Adds section 4503.905 to the Revised Code to establish the registration, issuance requirements, and fee structure for the new specialty license plates.
