Amends section 4501.21 and enacts section 4503.906 of the Ohio Revised Code to create a new "Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools" license plate option.

Vehicle owners may apply to the registrar of motor vehicles to obtain the special license plates for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, and other approved vehicles.

Applicants must pay a $30 contribution per registration or renewal, which goes to the license plate contribution fund; an additional $10 administrative fee goes to the public safety fund.

The Stow-Munroe Falls city school district receives the contributions and must not use them for any political purpose, only for school district operations and programs.

Sections 4503.77 and 4503.78 do not apply to these license plates, and the plates must display county identification stickers as required by law.
