Authorizes a pregnant minor to independently consent to prenatal care, delivery care, and post-delivery care without parental or guardian permission.

Consent provided by the pregnant minor cannot be disaffirmed based on her age and does not require approval from spouse, parent, guardian, putative father, or person acting in loco parentis.

Includes family planning services within the scope of health care the minor may consent to receive.

Requires health care facilities to request permission from the minor at initial prenatal visit to contact parents, guardians, or spouse for additional medical information.

Permits health care providers to inform family members about care provided or needed for medical treatment reasons, but prohibits sharing the minor's medical history.
