• Vehicle owners pay a $15 contribution per registration and renewal, plus a $10 administrative fee, with contributions directed to support childhood cancer research at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

• Amends section 4501.21 to add the new license plate to the existing license plate contribution fund that collects and distributes contributions to various charitable and educational organizations.

• License plates can be combined with special reserved plates under existing law and must display county identification stickers as required.
