H.B. No. 313 - Pelotonia License Plate

• Creates a new "Pelotonia" license plate option for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, and recreational vehicles in Ohio.

• Requires a $15 contribution per application/renewal for the license plates, which is deposited into the license plate contribution fund and directed to pelotonia for cancer research support.

• Imposes a $10 administrative fee per Pelotonia plate registration to be deposited into the public safety-highway purposes fund.

• Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.594 to the list of specialty license plates whose contributions are collected and distributed to designated charitable organizations.

• Plates must display county identification stickers and identifying words or markings designed by pelotonia representatives and approved by the motor vehicle registrar.
