Amends section 4501.21 and enacts section 4503.764 of the Revised Code to establish a "Medina County" license plate option for vehicle owners.

Vehicle owners may apply for "Medina County" plates designed by representatives of the Medina County Historical Society with identifying words or markings approved by the registrar.

Each initial or renewal registration for "Medina County" plates requires a $15 contribution deposited into the license plate contribution fund and a $10 administrative fee.

Contributions from "Medina County" plates are distributed to the Medina County Historical Society to share among various historical societies and museums in Medina County.

Plate issuance requires standard vehicle registration fees, applicable motor vehicle license taxes, and compliance with all applicable motor vehicle registration laws.
