Enacts Section 5534.97 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of Interstate Route 680 in Youngstown as the "Frank Watson Memorial Highway"

Applies to the section of I-680 running east and west between the intersection with Market Street and the intersection with Glenwood Avenue in Youngstown only

Authorizes the director of transportation to erect suitable markers along the designated highway indicating its memorial name
