Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2929.01, 2929.18, and 2929.28 to include the cost of accounting or auditing done to determine the extent of economic loss as a type of economic loss for which restitution may be granted

Expands the definition of "economic loss" to include costs of accounting or auditing incurred and payable by the victim to determine the extent of loss resulting from a crime

Allows courts to order restitution for accounting or auditing costs provided the amount is reasonable and does not exceed the value of property or services stolen or damaged as a result of the offense

Applies to both felony sentences under section 2929.18 and misdemeanor sentences under section 2929.28

Creates a reasonable cap on accounting/auditing cost restitution by limiting it to amounts that do not exceed the value of the actual loss
