Amends Ohio Public Records Law (sections 149.43 and 149.45 of the Revised Code) to classify forensic mental health providers, mental health evaluation providers, and regional psychiatric hospital employees as "designated public service workers"

Exempts residential and familial information of these three categories of mental health professionals from public records disclosure, similar to protections already afforded to peace officers, firefighters, and correctional employees

Requires public offices to redact addresses of these designated workers from records available to the general public on the internet upon written request

Expands the definition of "designated public service worker" to include the three new mental health professional categories alongside existing categories such as peace officers, EMTs, and investigators

Allows forensic mental health providers, mental health evaluation providers, and regional psychiatric hospital employees to request redaction of their personal addresses from internet-accessible public records within five business days of request
