Amends section 4501.21 and enacts section 4503.872 of the Revised Code to create a "Canton Bulldogs" specialty license plate program.

Owners or lessees of passenger cars and approved motor vehicles may apply for "Canton Bulldogs" license plates featuring a logo and words approved by the Canton city school district.

Applicants must pay a regular license tax, a $10 administrative fee, and a $30 contribution that is deposited into the license plate contribution fund created in section 4501.21.

Contributions from the Canton Bulldogs plates go to the Canton city school district, which may use funds for student welfare but cannot use contributions for political purposes or to pay employee salaries.

The $10 administrative fee is deposited into the public safety - highway purposes fund to compensate the bureau for additional services required to issue the specialty plates.
