Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4503.434 to create license plates for recipients of the Army Distinguished Service Cross, Navy Cross, Air Force Cross, and Coast Guard Cross (in addition to existing Distinguished Flying Cross plates)

Eligible recipients may apply to the registrar of motor vehicles for these plates on passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes upon providing documentary evidence of the award

License plates shall display an illustration of the appropriate cross medal and be inscribed with text identifying the specific medal recipient type (e.g., "Army Distinguished Service Cross Medal Recipient")

Plates are issued upon payment of regular license tax, local motor vehicle license tax, applicable additional fees, and compliance with all vehicle registration laws

Prohibits non-recipients from falsely representing themselves as award recipients for purposes of obtaining these plates, and prohibits display of such plates on vehicles unless the owner is eligible
