Creates "Patrol Supporter" license plates in Ohio allowing owners of passenger cars and certain other vehicles to apply for registration with these special plates displaying a logo and words approved by the Ohio highway patrol auxiliary foundation.

Establishes a $15 contribution per application and registration renewal that is deposited into the license plate contribution fund, with an additional $10 administrative fee deposited into the public safety-highway purposes fund.

Requires payment of regular license tax, applicable motor vehicle license taxes, and any additional fees prescribed by existing law in addition to the contribution and administrative fee.

Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.734 to the list of sections whose contributions are collected and distributed through the license plate contribution fund to various charitable organizations and entities.

Repeals existing section 4501.21 of the Revised Code.
