Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 517.07 and 517.073 to require township boards to offer compensation to owners of unused cemetery lots and burial rights when reclaiming property.

Establishes a 180-day notification period before township can reclaim unused lots; owners must respond to retain interest or select compensation option.

Compensation options for owners include 80 percent of the original purchase price, an alternative available lot or right at no cost, or continued ownership of the lot.

Applies to cemetery lots sold before July 24, 1986, and entombment rights (mausoleum, columbarium) sold before September 29, 2015, with unused termination dates.

Requires township boards to publish notices on their website and send certified mail to last known owner addresses; allows newspaper publication if owner address is unknown.
