Changes the professional title of "registered veterinary technician" to "registered veterinary nurse" throughout Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4741 and related sections

Existing veterinary technician registrations remain valid upon bill enactment and automatically convert to veterinary nurse registration upon renewal

Does not alter the scope of practice, registration requirements, or certification credentials for registered individuals

Updates all references to the professional title in statutes governing veterinary licensing, registration fees, board composition, disciplinary actions, and animal shelter euthanasia procedures

Applies to sections covering dog impoundment (955.16), pharmacy licensing (4729.531-4729.532), and veterinary medical practice regulations (4741.01-4741.24)
