Enacts section 5534.808 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 78 in Monroe County as the "Sgt. Herman Zerger Highway"

The designated highway portion runs easterly and westerly from the border of Monroe and Noble counties to the intersection with State Route 26 within Monroe County

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name
