Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2927.01 and 2929.13 to expand penalties for abuse of corpse offenses under existing definitions of abusing human remains.

Establishes a first-degree felony with mandatory 6-11 year prison sentence for knowingly dismembering, severing, separating, dissecting, or mutilating any part of a human corpse.

Creates a second-degree felony for knowingly dismembering or mutilating a human corpse as part of a ceremony, rite, initiation, observance, performance, or practice.

Establishes a second-degree felony with mandatory 4-8 year prison sentence for dismembering, dissecting, mutilating, or incinerating a child's corpse as part of a ceremony, rite, initiation, observance, performance, or practice; escalates to first-degree felony with 6-11 year sentence for repeat offenders.

Adds a new offense category under section 2929.13 for violations of sections 2927.01(C)(3) or (C)(5) with restrictions on sentence reduction.
