Enacts section 145.018 of the Revised Code to allow the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) board to grant a full year of service credit to certain county board of developmental disabilities employees.

Applies to employees in positions that would be covered under Chapter 3309 of the Revised Code if they were employed by a public employer as defined in section 3309.01.

Requires the employee to perform full-time services for at least nine months of the year and receive earnable salary in each month of that year to qualify for the credit.
