Adds definition of "pet food" as any commercial feed prepared and distributed for consumption by pets.

Prohibits pet food from containing remains of animals euthanized by intravenous or other nonvascular drug injection.

Prohibits pet food from containing any dog or cat remains, regardless of the cause or method of death.

Establishes that pet food violating these prohibitions is considered adulterated under Ohio law.

Makes it illegal for any person to adulterate or distribute adulterated pet food.
