Amends section 1901.021 of the Revised Code to eliminate the requirement that one Wayne County Municipal Court judge must sit within Orrville.

Changes Wayne County Municipal Court requirements so judges shall sit in Wooster and may sit in other incorporated areas of Wayne county, removing the specific Orrville requirement.

All pending cases, judgments, executions, and other proceedings in the Wayne County Municipal Court Orrville location shall transfer to the Wooster location upon the act's effective date.

Repeals the existing section 1901.021 of the Revised Code in its entirety.
