Requires the Ohio Attorney General to establish and maintain a publicly accessible, searchable child abuse registry through the bureau of criminal identification and investigation

Registry includes information on persons convicted of or pleading guilty to child abuse offenses (including homicide, assault, endangering, sexual offenses, and child endangerment violations) committed against victims under 14 years of age by offenders age 18 or older

Registry must contain offender's full name and aliases, offense names, last known address, employment information, school attendance, photograph if available, and other identifying information prescribed by the Attorney General

Registry information must be updated at least once every 30 days and the Department of Job and Family Services may provide information from its child welfare system to support the registry

Implementation is contingent upon the General Assembly appropriating funds or the Attorney General determining sufficient funds are available; the act is named Jacob's Law
