Extends alternative graduation requirements for students who first entered ninth grade between July 1, 2014, and July 1, 2017 (previously ended July 1, 2015).

Codifies Section 733.67 of Am. Sub. H.B. 49 as section 3313.617 of the Revised Code.

Allows eligible students to earn high school diplomas through Path A by passing end-of-course exams and meeting at least two of nine conditions including attendance, grades, capstone projects, work experience, college credits, or advanced placement scores.

Allows eligible students to earn high school diplomas through Path B by completing a Department of Education-approved career-technical training program with at least four courses and meeting one proficiency condition.

Does not prohibit students from qualifying under alternative graduation requirements in section 3313.618 if they meet those conditions.
