Director of Agriculture establishes a grant program to reimburse farmers and schools for costs of installing rollover protective structures on eligible tractors.

Installed rollover protective structures must meet appropriate national or international standards and include seat belts to qualify for grant funding.

Reimbursement capped at 70% of installation costs, but director may increase beyond 70% if necessary to limit farmer or school cost to no more than $500 per tractor.

Creates the rollover grant program fund in state treasury; director cannot spend more than 20% of fund money on program promotion and administration.

Program terminates July 1, 2019; appropriation of $200,000 from General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2019.
