Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3313.411 to require school district boards of education to include a termination clause in rental or lease contracts with community schools that allows the district to terminate the contract if the community school changes sponsors.

Applies to all lease agreements entered into on or after the effective date of the amendment.

Maintains existing provisions regarding district offerings of unused school facilities to community schools, college-preparatory boarding schools, and STEM schools for lease or purchase.

Preserves protections for high-performing community schools, which receive priority consideration when districts offer properties for lease or sale.
