Requires Ohio Attorney General to create, operate, and maintain a statewide tracking system for sexual assault examination kits in consultation with an advisory group.

Tracking system shall monitor kit status from initial collection at medical facilities through law enforcement storage, crime laboratory analysis, and final destruction or storage.

Allows all entities handling kits in the chain of custody to update kit status and location within the system.

Permits individuals to anonymously access the system to check location and status of their sexual assault examination kit.

Requires all entities in the chain of custody to participate in the system within one year of its creation; system information is confidential except for anonymous victim access.
