Requires entities funded through the Ohio Parenting and Pregnancy Program to provide only medically accurate information when providing counseling and services.

Defines "medically accurate information" as information verified by peer-reviewed medical research, recognized as medically sound by leading medical organizations (such as the American Medical Association and American Academy of Pediatrics), or affirmed in medical practice guidelines of nationally recognized accrediting organizations.

Allows persons served by funded entities to request government attorneys (attorney general, county prosecuting attorney, or local legal counsel) to bring civil actions for noncompliance.

Establishes civil penalties of $500 for the first violation and $1,000 for each subsequent violation, with entities given 30 days to correct noncompliance after receiving notice.

Directs civil penalties to be deposited into the state general revenue fund, county treasury, or applicable municipal/township/village fund depending on which attorney brings the action.
