Amends Ohio's Public Records Law (sections 149.43 and 149.45 of the Revised Code) to include emergency service telecommunicators as "designated public service workers"

Makes residential and familial information of emergency service telecommunicators exempt from public disclosure under the Public Records Law, matching protections already afforded to peace officers, firefighters, and other emergency personnel

Requires public offices to redact addresses of emergency service telecommunicators from records made available to the general public on the internet upon request

Establishes that emergency service telecommunicators can request redaction of their personal address information from internet-accessible public records within five business days

Defines "emergency service telecommunicator" by reference to section 4742.01 of the Revised Code
