Amends section 187.01 of the Revised Code to require JobsOhio's articles of incorporation to include a provision for an annual performance audit conducted by an independent certified public accounting firm or management consulting firm.

Performance audit reports must be provided to the governor, auditor of state, and the general assembly under section 101.68 of the Revised Code.

Audit agreement must be in writing among the audit firm, auditor of state, JobsOhio, and any nonprofit entity whose sole member is JobsOhio.

JobsOhio must amend its articles of incorporation within 60 days of the act's effective date to conform to these new requirements.

Existing provision for annual financial audits by independent certified public accountants remains in effect alongside the new performance audit requirement.
