Enacts section 3901.80 of the Revised Code to prohibit insurers from discriminating against living organ donors in Ohio.

Prohibits insurers from discriminating in the offering, issuance, price, or conditions of life insurance, disability insurance, or long-term care insurance policies based solely on a person's status as a living organ donor without additional actuarial risks.

Defines "living organ donor" as a living person who donates an organ to another living person.

Classifies violations of the discrimination prohibition as unfair and deceptive practices under section 3901.21 of the Revised Code.

Authorizes the superintendent of insurance to adopt rules necessary to implement and enforce the requirements of this section.
